Five Unbeaten Records, One Card
Five fighters walk into Desert Diamond Arena on September 12 with zero losses, and at least one of them does not walk out with it. Tommy McMillen (11-0) versus Marwan Rahiki (9-0) settles that by force. The rest of the card swings wildly: a true coin flip between Brandon Moreno and Joseph Morales, an 81 percent favorite in Ignacio Bahamondes, and three fights where the books have not even posted a number yet. That spread of prices is where the work is.

How UFC Betting Works
There are no point spreads in MMA. Nobody wins by 3.5. You are betting one thing: whose hand gets raised, by knockout, submission, or decision. The price is called a moneyline. Waldo Cortes Acosta at -178 means you risk $178 to win $100. Curtis Blaydes at +180 means you risk $100 to win $180. The minus side is the favorite, the plus side is the underdog.
The "fair" percentage is that price with the bookmaker's built-in cut (the vig) stripped out. Bahamondes at -535 implies about 84 percent, but fair is 81 percent. That gap is the house's fee. And prices differ by book, which is why Dan Ige is +365 at Novig and JJ Aldrich is +240 at Caesars. Always take the best number available. Over a season, that habit is worth more than any single opinion.
JJ Aldrich vs Regina Tarin
Aldrich is 15-7 across 22 pro fights. Tarin is 8-0 and has never been beaten. The market makes Tarin a 71 percent favorite at -251, with Aldrich at +240 paying $240 per $100 risked. Aldrich needs rounds, volume, and the experience gap to matter. Tarin needs to keep the zero intact.
Jessie Rosas vs Sean King
Rosas is 8-1, King is 6-0. King prices at -190 (65 percent fair), Rosas at +195 (35 percent fair). Note that Rosas's best price implies about 34 percent, slightly below what the market itself calls fair. That is a small crack.
Rafa Garcia vs Rongzhu
Garcia is 19-4. Rongzhu carries the deepest resume on the card at 28-6, 34 pro fights. No odds posted yet. Nothing to bet until a number exists, and when it opens, compare every book before you touch it.
Drakkar Klose vs Tommy Gantt
Klose is 16-3-1, Gantt is 12-0 and priced like it at -355, a 77 percent favorite. Klose at +350 is the longest live dog on the main portion of this card. The market is paying for the unbeaten record.
Yousri Belgaroui vs Djorden Santos
Records that look close (10-3 against 11-3) and a price that does not. Only Santos has a posted number, +600 at BetMGM, a 15 percent fair chance. Belgaroui's side is unposted, but +600 tells you where the books are.
Muslim Salikhov vs Ignacio Bahamondes
Salikhov is 22-6. Bahamondes is 17-7, more losses, and still an 81 percent favorite at -535. That price costs $535 to win $100. Salikhov at +425 is the classic veteran dog the market has decided is done being dangerous.
Tim Elliott vs Edgar Chairez
A catchweight with 37 combined pro fights on Elliott's side of the ledger alone (22-14-1). Chairez is 14-6. No prices posted. File it, wait for the open, and shop it.
Dan Ige vs David Martinez
Ige is 19-11 and a well-traveled name. Martinez is 14-1 and the 78 percent side at -425. Ige at +365 is the market saying the younger man's résumé has fewer holes in it right now.
Curtis Blaydes vs Waldo Cortes Acosta
The tightest heavyweight number of the night. Blaydes 19-6 at +180, Cortes Acosta 17-3 at -178. That is a 65-35 market. In a division where one clean shot ends everything, a price this close means the books see real two-way risk.
Alexa Grasso vs Manon Fiorot
Grasso is 17-5-1, Fiorot is 13-2 and the 70 percent favorite at -239. Grasso at +228 is the sort of dog price that rewards patience. Fiorot's edge in the market is her loss column, not her fight count.
Tommy McMillen vs Marwan Rahiki
Two zeros, one survivor. McMillen (11-0) is -148, Rahiki (9-0) is +150. Fair is 58-42. That is the narrowest market gap between two unbeaten fighters on the card, and the books are close to admitting they cannot separate them.
Brandon Moreno vs Joseph Morales
Moreno is 23-10-2 with 35 pro fights. Morales is 15-2. The price is +106 against -108, a genuine pick'em. The market has no opinion. Neither should you without a clear reason.
Jean Silva vs Jose Miguel Delgado
The fight the event is named for. Silva is 17-3 and a 77 percent favorite at -365. Delgado is 12-2 at +340. Silva's job is to look like the favorite early; Delgado's is to make it ugly and long.
Where the Value Is
Sort this card by price versus fair and the same pattern keeps showing up: the favorites are juiced, the dogs are honest. Bahamondes at -535 implies 84 percent against a fair 81 percent, so you are paying roughly three points of tax for the privilege. Martinez at -425 implies 81 against a fair 78. Meanwhile Rahiki at +150 implies 40 percent against a fair 42, the cleanest edge on the board.
Rosas at +195 (34 implied, 35 fair) and Klose at +350 (22 implied, 23 fair) are the next two. One exception runs the other way: Cortes Acosta at -178 implies 64 percent against a fair 65, making him the only favorite on the card you are not overpaying for. In dollar terms, that is the difference between a bet that survives the vig and one that starts underwater.

The Prediction
Tarin wins. The market has her at 71 percent and we are not arguing with it: 8-0 against a 15-7 record is the kind of gap books price accurately, and Aldrich's seven losses are the reason she is only paying +240 rather than +400. Our read is that Tarin controls the pace, banks rounds, and takes a decision. But respect the number. At -251 you risk $251 to win $100, so this is a side to bet at the best available price, not a size-up spot. That is the whole read on this card, and the Desk posts a documented free play on days like this one, right below.
