When you opt in to Wise Guy Team text alerts (in your account settings or by texting us), you agree to receive recurring automated and personal text messages from Wise Guy Team LLC at the number you provided. For example: alerts that your day's board is posted, account and billing notices, and replies to your questions. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.
2. Frequency and rates
Message frequency varies (typically up to 1 alert per program per day, plus conversation replies). Message and data rates may apply.
3. Opting out and help
Reply STOP at any time to opt out (a final confirmation text will follow). Reply HELP for help, or contact memberservice@wiseguyteam.com or (702) 209-0098. Opting out of texts does not cancel your membership or stop your email picks.
4. Delivery and content limits
Alerts are a convenience: delivery is not guaranteed (carrier filtering of gambling-related content is common), and message content, including any line or price, may be stale by the time you read it. Verify at the book. Your picks always remain available on your member dashboard and email.
5. Carriers and processing
Supported carriers: U.S. carriers; we are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your number is processed by our texting provider (Project Broadcast) solely to send these messages. See our Privacy Policy.
