All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.
Recurring subscriptions may be canceled at any time by emailing ross@thewiseguyteam.com or logging into your account and adjusting your subscription. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged again.

By using the Service, you consent to receive 1–5 emails per day, including:

• Educational content
• Promotional offers for upgraded packages (such as Whale Picks and Bonus Plays)

8. Delivery Responsibility
We do not guarantee delivery of picks via email or any other method. It is your responsibility to check your spam, promotions, junk, or “all mail” folders and whitelist our email address. If you still cannot locate your picks, you must notify us immediately.

Any fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute will be treated as theft and may result in legal action. We reserve the right to terminate your account or participation in our services at our sole discretion without refund.
