If you purchase a recurring subscription, you may cancel it anytime by emailing ross@thewiseguyteam.com or logging into your account and updating your subscription. Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
Filing a fraudulent chargeback or dispute may result in legal action under Nevada law, and we reserve the right to permanently revoke access to our services without refund.

5. Email, Delivery, and Contact Policy
By opting in to receive VIP Picks, you agree to receive 1–5 emails per day, 365 days a year, which may include:
• Daily free VIP picks
• Educational content and bankroll strategy
• Promotional offers to upgrade and access additional services
We do not guarantee delivery of picks or content. It is your responsibility to check spam, junk, promotions, or “all mail” folders, and to whitelist our email address.
You can opt out of emails anytime by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any message or by emailing ross@thewiseguyteam.com.
Even if you never purchase, you will still receive free VIP Picks 1–3 days per week, and sometimes as many as 5–7 days per week. There is no obligation to ever upgrade.
