The UFC Comes to Belgrade
On August 1, 2026, the UFC brings a stacked 14-fight card to Belgrade Arena, headlined by welterweights Uroš Medić and Daniel Rodriguez. The featured priced bout is a strawweight clash between Stephanie Luciano and Marina Spasić, and the undercard is loaded with Balkan fighters in front of a home crowd. Several fights have not opened at the sportsbooks yet, which is normal this far out, but the fights that have posted numbers give us plenty to work with.

How UFC Betting Works
MMA betting is simpler than football. There are no point spreads because fights end by knockout, submission, or decision, so you are just betting on who wins. That bet is called the moneyline. A negative number is the favorite: Luciano at -325 means you risk $325 to win $100. A positive number is the underdog: Spasić at +270 means you risk $100 to win $270. Books build a fee, called the vig, into both prices. Strip that fee out and you get the fair win probability, which is the market's true estimate. Here that is 74% for Luciano and 27% for Spasić (rounding means they will not sum to exactly 100). One more rule we live by: prices differ across books, so always take the best number. The same bet at a worse price loses money over time for no reason.

Luciano is 7-2-1 and priced -325 at DraftKings, with a fair win chance of 74%. Spasić is 7-1-0 and pays +270 at FanDuel, fair 27%. The market sees this as roughly three to one for Luciano despite Spasić owning the cleaner loss column. Spasić backers are betting the number is wrong by a wide margin.
Alexander Poppeck vs Jovan Leka
Leka, 13-2-0, is -258 at DraftKings with a 70% fair chance. Poppeck, a veteran at 21-5-0, returns +235 at FanDuel, fair 30%. At +235 you break even winning about 30% of the time, which is exactly what the market says Poppeck does. That makes this one of the more honestly priced fights on the card.
Hailey Cowan vs Nina Milošević
Milošević is 8-1-0 and a massive -520 at FanDuel, fair 81%. Cowan is 7-5-0 at +400 on DraftKings, fair 20%. This is the biggest favorite on the card. At -520 you risk $520 to win $100, so the market treats an upset as a genuine long shot.
Kyle Prepolec vs Mateusz Rębecki
Prepolec (18-10-0) meets Rębecki (20-5-0) at lightweight. Odds have not posted, so there is no market read yet and no responsible number to quote.
Dennis Buzukja vs Bogdan Grad
Grad, 15-4-0, is -190 at Caesars, fair 63%. Buzukja, 12-6-0, is +170 at BetMGM, fair 37%. This is the tightest priced fight on the card, essentially a 63-37 proposition, which means the market expects a competitive scrap.
Borislav Nikolic vs Mark Vologdin
Nikolic (16-2-0) faces Vologdin (12-4-2) at bantamweight. No odds have posted yet.
Oban Elliott vs Michael Oliveira

The unbeaten Stirling, 10-0-0, is -300 at BetMGM, fair 73%. Former champion territory veteran Blachowicz, 29-11-2, pays +270 at FanDuel, fair 27%. The market is paying for the fresh perfect record over the deep resume.
Where the Value Is
The single mathematical edge on this board is Tybura at +310. His fair chance is 25% and the price only needs 24%, so $100 bets there carry a small positive expectation. Poppeck at +235 is priced almost exactly at fair, a coin you are not paying a fee to flip. The worst value is Milošević at -520, where you pay 84 cents of implied probability for an 81% fair chance. Everywhere else, shop books: the gap between best and worst prices is the cheapest edge in betting.
