Exchange buyers: which side buyers took (Kalshi, Polymarket, Novig, ProphetX)
These are exchange trades, not sportsbook bets. On an exchange every trade has a buyer and a seller, so this shows which side buyers paid for.
How to read these numbers
Kalshi, Polymarket and Novig publish every trade with the side the buyer took. ProphetX carries its trade fills the same way; a line with no captured fill shows dollars matched only. Trades is each side's share of trades since the market opened and Money is its share of the dollars buyers paid. Markets with fewer than 10 trades or under $500 traded are left out; markets under 30 trades or $5,000 are labelled Light trading, because a few buyers can move the percentages a long way.

How to read this: the result probabilities come from the actual betting odds with the sportsbook's built-in fee (the vig) stripped out. Soccer has THREE outcomes, and the draw is priced like a real contender, not an afterthought.

📘 New to soccer betting? The one rule that surprises everyone. Soccer uses a three-way moneyline: you bet Lille win, Lens win, or the draw, settled after 90 minutes plus stoppage. Unlike American sports, a tie does NOT refund your bet, a draw beats BOTH win bets. In this match, Lille at +180 means a $100 bet profits $180. The total is combined goals by both teams, usually set at 2.5. +EV means the price pays better than the market-implied fair odds (vig removed). Lille vs Lens Prediction: A Derby Priced Like a Coin Flip
Lille 38%, Lens 35%. That three-point gap is the market's entire read on the Derby du Nord, and it says nobody at the window feels sure. LOSC Lille sit higher in the table and won the last meeting 209 days ago, yet they barely get favorite treatment at home against RC Lens. When a rivalry is priced this tight, the price is the story.
The Matchup: Who Is Favored to Win Lille vs Lens?
Lille are third of 18 in Ligue 1 with 15 points from eight matches and a +5 goal difference (goals scored minus goals allowed). Lens sit seventh with 13 points and a +4. Both have 26 games left. Lille's last five read DLDLW, newest first, with a league line of DDWLW. They score 1.2 and concede 0.8 per match over their last 10.
Lens read DLWLW, league line WWWLD, scoring 2 and conceding 1.4 per match over 10. Season per-game averages tilt toward Lens on volume: 13.88 shots, 5.63 on target, 52.46% possession and 6.5 corners, against Lille's 11.25 shots, 5 on target, 48.76% and 3 corners. So who is favored? Lille, narrowly. Our rating, an Elo model built on past results, says Lille 59%, Lens 41% in a two-way split that ignores the draw. That is context, not a bet.
How Soccer Betting Works
A moneyline is a straight bet on the result. A plus price shows profit on a $100 stake. Lille at +155 pays $155. Lens at +175 pays $175. The draw at +260 pays $260. Here is the catch. Soccer moneylines are three-way and graded on 90 minutes plus stoppage time. If this ends 1-1, a Lille bet loses and a Lens bet loses. Only the draw cashes. The market gives that outcome 27%, more than one game in four, which is why both clubs are plus money. The spread, a handicap that adjusts the final score, sits at Lille 0, so a draw simply refunds a spread bet.
The Numbers
Line shopping means checking every book for the best price. Lille's best is +155 at BetMGM. The draw's best is +260 at theScore Bet. Lens' best is +175 at DraftKings. The total, a bet on combined goals, is 2.5, so Over needs three or more. Over is -113 at Kalshi (risk $113 to win $100), Under +110 at Bally Bet.
Neither line has moved since opening. The public split shows 71% of tickets and 59% of money on Lille. Lille are 5-3 against the spread (beating the handicap) over 8 graded games and 2-6 over-under in 8, meaning the under hit six times. Lens are 4-4 against the spread and 4-4 over-under, both in 8 games.
Where the Value Is
Expected value is what a bet earns on average if you made it over and over. Straight talk: nothing here clears our number. The draw comes closest, and it fits the profile: a pick'em spread, Lille's 2-6 over-under record and a defense conceding 0.8 per match. A disciplined lean, not a strong edge. At anything shorter than +260, pass.
Conditions: What Time Is the Lille vs Lens Game?
Kickoff is Friday, October 30 at 4:05 PM ET on beIn Sports, at Decathlon Arena Stade Pierre-Mauroy in Lille. The forecast calls for 47 F and a 7 mph wind from the ENE, mild enough to stay out of the way. Lens arrive on 5 days of rest after traveling 17 miles. Lille have 4 days of rest and traveled 518 miles from their last game at Monaco. Tanguy Nianzou saw red in Lille's last match; we have no confirmed lineup news, so we will not guess at availability.
The Pick
The Desk's lean is the draw at +260, best at theScore Bet. This is Wise Guy Desk analysis, not an official play. Keep the stake small, because by our math it is near break-even, and only take +260 or better.

The Prediction
Two clubs separated by two points, a market split three ways and a spread parked at zero. We see Lens holding more of the ball and Lille's stingy defense absorbing it. Projected score: Lille 1, Lens 1. That is our read on this number; the Desk posts a documented free play on days like this, and it lands right below.
