Here's the simplest edge in betting: the same bet pays more at a better price. Compare Books shows you where that price is.
One book might have a team at -110, another at -105. At -105, you risk less to win the same amount.
Open it from the menu, or tap a game on the Odds Board.
Step one: set your books, the ones you can actually bet in your state. Your books come first, and Best anywhere flags a better price somewhere else.
Step two: pick a sport and a market: moneyline, spread or total.
Step three: each row is one side of a bet at one exact number, with the price from each book we track side by side. Use the arrows for more books, or switch to just My books.
The highlighted price is the best eligible price, the best one that's fresh and at a book you can use. Under it: how much more it pays than the worst price, where the line has been, and a bell for price alerts.
A price that's too old is struck out and never marked best.
Tap any price for Quote evidence: the quote from each book we track, and why any price was left out.
Market vig is the books' cut on that market: lower is a better deal. And members see the estimated edge after fees on every line.
Found your price? Go to that book and check the number right before you bet, because prices move.
On Compare Books, the estimated edge on every line comes with your WGT membership.
